These general conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded on the websitewww.lemeparis.com .

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company LÉMÉ and its customers in connection with the sale of the following goods: childcare accessories.

The company TO ME reserves the right to adapt or modify these T&Cs at any time, the version of the T&Cs applicable to all sales being the one appearing online on the sitewww.lemeparis.com. The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order. The validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.
Article II- Presentation of products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the "Catalog" section of our site. The photographs do not enter the contractual field. Company responsibility TO ME cannot be committed if errors have been introduced. All texts and images presented on the company's website TO ME are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Article III - Duration of validity of sales offers
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability, as soon as possible, by e-mail or by post.
Article IV - Product prices
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding delivery costs; it being specified that the value added tax is that in force on metropolitan French territory on the day of validation of the order.

The prices applied are those communicated on the Site and confirmed to the Customer during the validation of the order.

The delivery costs are communicated to the Customer on the summary of the order before the validation of the latter and are expressed all taxes included. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are invoiced in addition to the selling price of the products.

The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the Products will be carried out after delivery and receipt of the products by the customer.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but we undertake to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time of your order.

We inform you that in case of display of an erroneous price, obviously derisory (vile price), whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error.), the order -even validated by us- will be cancelled, which we will inform you of as soon as possible. You will then be able, if you wish, to place your order again at the corrected and exact price.
Article V - Order
The customer validates his order when he activates the "Confirm your order" link at the bottom of the "Summary of your order" page after having accepted these conditions of sale. Before this validation, it is systematically proposed to the customer to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.

The company TO ME confirms the order by email; this information includes in particular all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by the company TO ME constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company TO ME under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations department.
Article VI - Methods of payment
The price of the Products purchased is payable in cash, in full on the day the order is placed by the Customer.

As part of the payment of products and services offered on the website, it records financial data relating to the user's bank account or credit card.
Article VII - Withdrawal period
The Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of costs back. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company reimburses the Purchaser for all the sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised.
Article VIII - Delivery
Deliveries are made by Mondial Relay, Chronopost, UPS, La Poste, DHL or by Courier depending on the option chosen by the buyer from Monday to Saturday.

All products are delivered without guarantee as to delivery times, with the exception of deliveries to private individuals. The delivery deadline varies according to their address. It is fixed, for an address in metropolitan France, on the day of payment + 8 days and, for other destinations, on the day of payment + 1 month.

For orders outside France, when the package intended for export reaches its destination, it will be the recipient's responsibility to pay the taxes or customs duties that apply to the country of destination. Local authorities can provide you with useful information.

No assignment of intellectual property rights is made through these GCS. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.
