Deliveries and returns

Deliveries

The delivery rates are calculated automatically when you order according to the delivery method and the country you choose.

Metropolitan France and Corsica

  • STANDARD in RELAY POINT: Delivery times are between 2 and 7 days for the standard mode at home (Monday to Saturday, except Sundays and public holidays).

  • STANDARD AT HOME  :  Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days for standard at home mode (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays).

  • EXPRESS to HOME: Delivery times are 24 hours for express mode from Monday to Saturday, with the exception of Sundays and public holidays. Delivery takes place the next day for all orders placed before 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

International

 

Belgium, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal, Austria. 

  • STANDARD: Delivery times are between 7 and 20 days for standard mode. 

 

Ile-de-France region

  • CONCIERGE DELIVERY: Take advantage of our exclusive and personalized delivery service by Lémé courier. Concierge delivery is available in Paris and its region for certain items. Concierge orders can be delivered the same day (between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.) or by appointment (time slots of 30 min departments 75, 92,93,94 - 2 hours for departments 77,78,91, 95) from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Please call us to make an appointment.

Standard in Relay Point: Mondial Relay; Fixed rate €6.80

Standard at home: Colissimo France; Flat rate €13.50

Express to Home: Chronopost France; Fixed rate 16€

 

International

Switchboard: Mondial Relay home; 15 €

 

Ile-de-France region

Concierge: Delivery by courier; 25€

Returns and exchange conditions

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to make a return.

 

In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, of course the reshipping costs will be fully reimbursed after making a return request to the following address:  contact@lemeparis.com . If, on the other hand, you are not satisfied with your product, the return costs remain your responsibility, we will also refund your order.

If your order was delivered by RELAIS COLIS France only, the return to RELAIS COLIS France is offered to you.

Free returns only concern shipments from Metropolitan France

Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be remarketed in new condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be taken back. 

​

We recommend that you keep your proof of postage. Also, any damage occurring during transport is your responsibility, which is why we strongly advise you to take out insurance. 

​

The refund is made to the bank account with which you paid for your order within 15 days of receipt at our premises. 

​

Please note that personalised, altered and bespoke items cannot be returned.
